POLICIES AND TERMS
At The Core, we value the commitment to your fitness journey and the time of our instructors. To ensure a fair and efficient class scheduling process, we have implemented the following policies
1. LATE POLICY:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts to ensure a smooth transition before your Pilates/Yoga practice. To ensure safety and a smooth class experience, you are required to arrive no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will be considered a no show and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. A “no show fee” (detailed below) will also apply. Late clients will not be admitted to avoid disruption and ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
2. CLASS CANCELLATION:
You can cancel your reservation without a “late cancel fee” (detailed below) up to 12 hours before the class starts. To cancel, use your online account. Cancellations made within this window will not incur a fee and the class will be returned to your account if you're using a punch pass or made a single class booking. Cancellations via Instagram, social media, email, voicemail or text will not be accepted, and you will be charged. Unlimited Memberships or Unlimited One Month Pass holders must only book the class/classes they will attend during that day to avoid late cancellation fees or no show fees.
3. WAITLIST:
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase or book that specific class. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If you cannot attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before the class starts. You remove yourself from the waitlist by cancelling the class just like you would cancel your spot for a confirmed booking. If you're still on the waitlist after the 12 hour period, be conscious that you could be added to the class roster at any time before the class time (at least 30 minutes before the class time). If you're added to the class, the late cancellation and no show policy will apply. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class will be returned to your account.
4. BOOKING CLASSES:
You are solely responsible for booking and canceling your classes. You may reserve class spots online through your account, using the MindBody app, The Core's website or other booking channels.
5. LATE CANCELLATIONS:
If you booked a class with us and need to cancel your spot, please cancel your class booking at least 12 hours before the class time or before that. If you do not cancel within the 12-hour window, it's considered a late cancellation. MindBody automatically detects this late cancellation and you will be charged a "late cancel fee". For participants who have a membership with The Core, the late cancel fee is $10.00 per class. For participants who have purchased any of our "Unlimited" one month passes or Unlimited specials, the late cancel fee is $10.00 per class. For participants that are using a punch pass or single class booking, the class you late-cancelled will be discounted from your pass or profile for two opportunities. On the third late-cancellation and on, MindBody will discount the class you late-cancelled from your passes and also charge the $10.00 late fee per class.
6. NO SHOWS:
If you do not cancel and do not show up to your scheduled class, a “no-show fee” will be charged to your account. No-show fees for Reformer Pilates classes are $25.00. For Hot Pilates, Hot Pilates Fusion, SORA or any Hot Yoga class the no-show fee is $15.00.
7. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
If you book multiple classes, or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy outlined above. Late-cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy for double bookings. The Core staff cannot be held responsible for accidental bookings by clients, unused classes, double bookings, or double waitlisted classes made by members. The no-show and late-cancel fees apply to ALL clients.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY:
The Core is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the premises.
