Meet Natalia, a Hot Pilates and Reformer Pilates instructor at The Core. Passionate about mindfulness and movement, she blends classical and modern styles in her classes. Natalia’s goal is to promote self-love and gratitude while keeping workouts fun with upbeat pop and R&B music.
Meet Natalia, one of our amazing Pilates instructors. She's from Spanish Fork, Utah. Her hobbies are (but are not limited to) painting, sketching, all things art, reading, meditation, and exploring the great outdoors. She started her Pilates journey in High School by watching old Pilates videos. She loved the idea that she could workout at home. She became a Pilates instructor because she fell in love with the format and she fell in love with watching the growth others received by learning to tie their mind to their body. She also knew she had some insight to offer when it comes to healing the way we view exercise and movement. Some fun things about her are: she has an identical twin. She has illustrated a few children’s books. She is happily married to her best friend and has two incredible children.
She is certified in Mat Pilates, as well as Reformer Pilates (as well as some side spirituality certifications). She is a firm believer in self love, self compassion and self gratitude.
Her teaching style is a bit more classical but definitely has modern elements to it. Her top priority in her class is to achieve mindfulness and a sense of gratitude for being able to move the body. She plays modern pop/r&b mixed with some 90’s pop to keep things fun and exciting!
She would love to see you in class!
