Meet Kylie, a certified Mat Pilates instructor from Benjamin, Utah. After years of weightlifting took a toll on her body and mind, she found balance and stress relief through Pilates. Now, she’s passionate about creating supportive, high-energy classes where everyone can feel proud of their progress.
Kylie is from the small town of Benjamin, Utah, just outside Spanish Fork. Her passions include Pilates, meditation, holistic health, spending time outdoors with my two dogs and her newly found hobby is golfing.
She was a dedicated weightlifter for seven years, but she reached a point where the intensity of the workouts was overwhelming her body and mind. Her anxiety was through the roof, and her cortisol levels were completely out of balance. That’s when she discovered Pilates—specifically, a reformer class that completely changed her approach to fitness. Pilates brought her the stress relief she desperately needed and taught her how to connect with her body in a mindful, functional way.
She became a certified Mat Pilates instructor because she wanted to share that transformative experience with others. Her mission is to create a space where people of all fitness levels can feel supported, challenged, and proud of themselves. Pilates is truly for everyone, and she loves helping others discover its power.
A fun fact about Kylie: she grew up on a farm surrounded by cows and horses, and she also spent a lot of her later childhood years scuba diving with her mom.
When she' teaching, she loves to keep the energy high with upbeat classes, often featuring music by Sabrina Carpenter.
